The black beacon of San Morro is burning. It had been dark for forty days.

The dead are coming in from the sea, pulled by the light. They will not stop until it goes out. The lantern room is four levels up. The only way out is through.

Players must work their way up a haunted lighthouse, solve the mystery of a dead navigator's stolen eyes, and choose how the night ends. 

Hooks for Further Adventures: The Blacklight of San Morro is designed to be dropped into an ongoing adventure or as the first chapter of something larger. A dead navigator speaks one last time. A Night Chart reveals impossible sea routes. Other beacons answer across the Dark Caribbean. Where it goes next is up to your table.
