At a shallow point off the coast of Florida, necrotic energy from the Netherworld gushes up unhindered. It has corrupted an elkhorn coral to grow so big that it extends above sea level. For several weeks, Wretched messengers have been calling out: “Come and join us! Taste the life-giving corals of the scarlet citadel!”

Lured by promises of eternal life, players explore a decaying coral fortress ruled by cultists and Deep Ones. Twisting tunnels, cursed relics, and undead horrors await in this eerie nightmare beneath the waves. 

THE SCARLET CORAL CITADEL is a 24-page grim underwater dungeon point-crawl. The adventure was first released as a digital-only product in 2024. Subsequently, it was expanded from 11 to 24 pages to make it available in print for the first time as a staple-bound, full-color zine. It was restructured for better clarity and usability, and supplemented it with new illustrations and content such as the brand-new "Red Coral Addict" class. Inside you'll find:
